Luis and Pedro did a great job teaching about the history and traditions of Andalusian cuisine. We learned a lot, including how to break down a whole chicken and pare an artichoke. Great experience!”

During this time Daniel had set up all the cooking stations and it felt like everything was run so smoothly. You felt well taken care of at all times by both Daniel and Isabel.…”
