“What a wonderful and complete experience! We first met with our chef Daniel who on the way to the market gave us useful and fun facts about Valencia and the market itself. After the grocery shopping, once we got to the location - a nice restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen - we were introduced to Isabel who gave us a short intro on wine pairing that we all going wonderfully with all the tapas offered. During this time Daniel had set up all the cooking stations and it felt like everything was run so smoothly. You felt well taken care of at all times by both Daniel and Isabel.…”
