Visit L’Aquàrium de Barcelona in Port Vell with a one-day admission ticket. See 35 Mediterranean and tropical tanks, 11,000 animals, and the 80-meter Oceanarium tunnel, then let children explore Planeta Aqua through hands-on games and exhibits. Allow several hours for a relaxed visit.

Spend a full day at Palma Aquarium, following a 1-kilometer route through eight habitats, from the Mediterranean to the Jungle. See Big Blue’s sharks, living corals, turtles, rays, and daily feedings. Add the Aquadome for a short 3D whale experience, especially good for families.

Follow Magellan and Elcano’s first circumnavigation through five themed areas at Seville Aquarium. See more than 7,000 animals, including sharks, turtles, rays, jellyfish, piranhas, seahorses, reptiles, frogs, and the endangered axolotl. Allow about 90 minutes. No guide is included.

Spend a full day at Zoo Aquarium Madrid, a 20-hectare park in Casa de Campo with more than 3,000 animals, 500 species, an aquarium, talks, shows, and family facilities. You can see pandas, Iberian lynxes, koalas, gorillas, sharks, and more. Show your voucher at the main entrance.
“great place to visit, clean and well maintained zoo, all the animals are well.looked after and have a clean, friendly environment. there are a hugh amount of animals here and ypu will have hours of fun, the sea lion show and bird showes were great, there is also a dolphin show. the aquarium was amazing and this is a place I will visit again if in madrid.”
Visit Lanzarote Aquarium in Costa Teguise for a self-guided look at more than one million liters of water, sharks, rays, tropical fish, axolotls, and rescued turtles. Allow 40 minutes to two hours, with feeding times adding extra interest. Staff speak English, German, and Spanish.

Visit Sea Life Benalmádena beside the Mediterranean and follow a compact route from local waters to Amazonia. Touch starfish and hermit crabs, watch sharks and a green turtle overhead, join talks and feeding sessions, and allow about an hour for the aquarium.

Spend about six hours on a group boat from San Antonio, with Aquarium Cap Blanc, a swim and snorkel stop at Ses Balandres, and beach time at Cala Saladeta and Cala Salada. Equipment, drinks, snacks, and aquarium admission are included, though the boat can feel crowded.
“Bargain boat trip. The free bar included water, soft drinks, beer, sangria and wine. We stopped briefly at aquarium and then stopped for a swim. Noodles, body boards and snorkel gear provided free of charge. We were then dropped at the beach for a few hours before boat returned for us. Great day. Would recommend to anyone.”
You can tour Barcelona on two hop-on, hop-off routes for 24 or 48 hours, using a multilingual audio guide and open-top double-decker buses. Add a single visit to the Barcelona Aquarium, where Mediterranean habitats, sharks, and an underwater tunnel provide a welcome change from city sightseeing.
